Privacy Policy

HomeFitRoutine has no accounts, sign-up forms or newsletters. We do not ask for your name, email address or any health information, and the site does not set cookies or store anything in your browser.

When you use the workout generator, your choices (goal, time, equipment and level) are kept in the page address so you can share or bookmark the result. They are not saved on our servers.

The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and does not track you across other websites.

The site does not currently show ads. Some pages may link to products on retailers such as Amazon; see our Affiliate Disclosure. If we add advertising or anything else that changes how data is handled, we will update this policy first.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access or delete personal data held about you. Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, there is usually nothing to return, but you can always ask at hello@homefitroutine.com.
